The Secret of Overcoming Suffering.

One disciple asked the master please make that I will not have any sufferings because there is a conflict in my mind because of many sufferings in my life. Then the teacher told that disciple to bring 1kg of red gram from the house that does not have suffering in their life. Then the disciple went to each house and enquired about their sufferings. But each house has sufferings. The disciple came empty handed. Then the master told that sufferings are universal so deal with them.

Pain is universal. Pain is the gift of God. Dead cannot recognise the pain. There are no living things that do not have sufferings in their life. There should be a positive response to the sufferings. This eradicates the ignorance and biased behaviour. Our negative energy should create a positive attitude. This is the realm to deal with sufferings.

a. Memories of sufferings should be erased.
b. Feelings of sufferings should be escaped.

If we cannot erase memories of the sufferings and escape the feelings of the pain, we cannot overcome sufferings and that leads to reactive or mild depression. There is a lack in the expression of the loss happening to us. Confession of the expression eliminates the depression. The loss is the cause of depression.

Loss is real, imaginary and threatened. There is a need to convert imaginary and threatened losses to the real loss to face the reality of the loss.

There is concrete loss which means the loss of money.
There is abstract loss which means the loss of emotional support.

If there is no change of monologue of the loss to dialogue then loss has the result in its nature that it multiplies itself. There is need to be needed and heed to be heeded. There is a desperate need for conveying of the expression.

Christ Jesus has suffered pain and rejection. There is a loss that He faced. So He can understand and save your depressed losses.

Silence and anger deteriorate union. Pain and pleasure both can worsen. Receive God and resist devil. Believe constructive criticism of true and reliable.

First enemy comes with suggestions and moves to our delight then ofcourse to our consent. Snake did not force Adam and Eve. Evil desire to sin then to death.

Among God provisions, we face anxiety for money and unnecessarily resent spouses. And try to move to guilt mishaps which is outside the God's provision.

Jesus Christ experienced vividly the physical connection with loss of emotional support. He was blamed for others. He experienced thus because he became human.

You are empty and guilty in eternity without Jesus. Without him purposes and evidences are meaningless.

Words have venom. But Jesus words are Holy Spirit, eternal life and peace of God. And he told to reason, explain and prove his words.

He taught, preached and healed. He is counsellor and interceder. His will is good, pleasing and perfect. He is the priority, pre-eminence and par-excellence.
