Marriage

You read as God made from the very start,
Male and female with love from the heart;
For this is why a man must pack and leave,
His parents for another woman to cleave;
For being his wife in flesh become as one,
They are no longer twain until life is done;
For God joined two beings into one heart,
Let no man or woman ever tear them apart.
Problems in marriage are coming strong,
One blames the other what they did wrong;
Divorce rate is up so many openly are gay,
Why do so many from the Word they stray;
Where does it say for man to cleave man?
Or woman married to woman as one clan;
Even churches have gone against the grain,
Allowing gay clergy sounding so insane;
So many are turning away from the Word,
They either think as old fashion or absurd;
God will not remain idle you wait and see,
Then it'll be too late for to hear our plea;
