Apparently, the last days gather the perilous times in the bondage of this world of tribulations. On the presence of turmoil, what everyone must do to maintain peace in these troubled periods around us? The world lies now on dangerous times in history. Some political and social events are consistently raiding our peace. In the smallest unit, families are also in the state of crisis. Even in our individual lives, any sort of stress robs our peace. How to stay in peace, refuge, protection and presence of the Saviour during the hurricanes of life? I know the strongest storm expires and passes by.


How can we handle tempestuous circumstances? I look at this passage in John 14: 27…Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you, let not your heart, neither let it be afraid. KJB


The different views on peace between the supernatural and natural may not seem paradox to each position. Natural peace appears always a wrong way no matter where you hide on a new location, comfort zone or any relationship. Mind remains in blind and dark perceptions. One may experience the breakdown on the problem of a troubled heart. There is always a cure to any emotional wounds or whatever crisis that hinder the real peace of heart. 2 Thessalonians 5: 23.. And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. KJB


In the supernatural way of obtaining peace, set your affections on things above, not on things on earth. Any stressful period obstructs peace in us. In this battle, the Word of God has the sole authority. Make use of this authority to focus your mind to Our Saviour in John 1:14.. And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us,( and beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.


The presence of Jesus is peace. The height of faith increases when you contact Jesus peace in the midst of storms. The key to peace is trust Him on the biggest crisis of our lives. Experience peace in God surpasses understanding; I build my confidence on these verses in Isaiah 26:3,4.. Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee, because he trusteth in thee. Trust ye in the Lord forever.


In supernatural peace, Our Lord can touch our feelings inside through his words. Experience rest on peace in Jesus. We hide under the wings of the Saviour. I agree that abundant peace is a finished work of the Lord on the saving grace of God. Grace is more than available above the troubles. We trust and believe on him, we are qualified to receive peace of Jesus Christ. “Peace, I leave with you. My peace I give to you.”

Tranquility, serenity and comfort are not the way of peace from God. We would always be surrendering our minds to the Word of God. Stick to truth, sing hymns of praises to God and practice the Word of God. I now activate the authority of God provided in us to train our mind with the words of the Saviour. We, Christians must learn how to initiate the authority and power from God. We are more than conquerors on this world of troubles. Let the storm passes by.
