HE CAME, HE SPOKE … HE CONQUERED! 1 Samuel 17:1-54

David was sent to the war front by his father to give food to his brothers who were there confronting a boastful and ‘deadly’ enemy.

God’s plans to start with to help Israel win a war that was embarrassing and confounding them

He (David) got there and saw this ant (giant in the physical) boasting and blaspheming!
The army was in fear and dismay (greatest ‘tool’ of the enemy is FEAR!)in the moment not remembering that they have a GOD who is ALL- mighty!

This scene ENRAGED little David in the spirit, he never for a moment got ‘carried away’ by his sight but what trusted absolutely in HE who was residing in him, whom he had always trusted in, had unshakeable faith in because He is called ALMIGHTY!

1 Samuel 17: 26b… David asked to confront this INFIDEL BOASFUL IGNORAMUS!

He gave this ‘small minded’ giant no time to instill fear in him, a special weapon of satan which he uses to suppress the inner GIANT in the greatest of humans ALL the time.

A big lesson from David in this respect should be learnt… like the three Hebrew boys; Shedrach, Meshach and Abednego, he refused to be DESTRACTED from his FOCUS on JESUS CHRIST the author and finisher of his faith!

Fear in any shape and size is to distract,disarm, derail and eventually destroy. Confront that fear in the POWER of the MOST HIGH GOD, absolute trust in God is necessary to have a relationship with Him and to command authority over the “inner devils and demons” that daily confront and harass us

I can do all things through Christ that strengthens me… Daniel 3:
JOB 3:25 Job ‘always’ had inner fears which eventually manifested and overwhelmed him in the physical

Outward show of I-don’t –care, I-am-strong and other types of pretenses do not hold water in the spiritual because we are ALL naked at that level where satan and his cohorts know WHO-is-WHO!
Inner strength at the spiritual level is needed to fight SPIRITUAL battles where ALL physical battles begin from anyway!

I know who I believe in and whose I am AND with Him NOTHING SHALL BE IMPOSSIBLE!

TO CONFESS FAITH MEANS TO NOT BOW TO SATAN IN SIN BECAUSING IN ASSERTING AUTHORITY IN CHRIST JESUS, CONDITIONS ARE ATTACHED… You cannot bow to a master and authorize him at the same time
