Hear the call. Do you hear it? Do you hear God's voice? What have you heard Him say? What is He saying now? When you are quiet before Him do you hear Him speak? Is He calling you? Has He been calling your name?
Maybe it sounds like this... As you wait quietly before him you hear Him say "I Love You" and thats all you hear. And He keeps saying it everytime you listen, you hear "I love you".
Sometimes you wish it was more, that He would spell everything out for you. That He would give you specific answers to your prayers and the specific answers that you want to hear, but all you hear is "I love You"
Yet only hearing those three words from God himself in your inner conscience, you are aware that He does love you and for now it is enough and is what you need.
Or maybe it is when you least expect it, you hear it again, in the most unexpected places. His voice sometimetimes brings you to tears just because you know that it is Him.
Maybe lately He has been calling your name, just your name. As if He was trying to get your attention, almost as if He is going to make a great anouncement, but all you hear is your name. You think that maybe you are thinking this up, but you are wrong and you know it because you have come to know Him. You know He is calling your name, and you are overwhelmed and content, but you know He's got more to say.
Sometimes we need to wait on Him, sometimes we need to get ready for what He has to say. In this case He wants us to know that we are loved and He calls us by name. It is almost unbearable hearing those two things when you know it's Him speaking.
He Loves You, and He calls your name, listen... do you hear it. It's very clear.
The next thing almost blows you away, You feel hit by the winds of heaven in your soul, you cry at the drop of a hat to the words you hear coming. Now you hear Him say, now that He's got your attention. You realize why He has told you that He loves you, you realize it when He calls your name, but then you hear Him say it-I can bearly write it but He says "I am calling you."
No wonder He was saying your name, He is calling you. You've wondered and longed for the calling of God and you never realized it was so simple yet so profound. You see God knows everything about you and He knows everything about timing and what you need.
You know there is more and you will seek to hear more, but for now you are feeling so unworthy and so unduely priveledged, yet you know it's true because He loves you. You've heard Him tell you over and over again that he loves you, why would'nt He call you. You know He knows your name. It's the obvious next step. He's calling you, Do you hear His voice?
You can't wait until He says more, until He lays it all out, if He will. But for now you know you are called. It maybe all He has to say. I do think He will say more. I have resolved my self to wait on Him more, to ask what it is, to ask what to do. The call is already there, now it's time to listen.
So are you listening? I have heard His voice and will hear it again and again. Yes God speaks to His children. Stop tonight and listen to Him. I am sure you will hear Him tell you that He Loves You and maybe you will hear Him call your name if you keep listening and you might hear Him say" I am calling You."
