O THE JOY OF FULL SALVATION

 May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope.(Romans 15:13)

    O the joy of full salvation
For the Spirit now I plead,  How it fits my every need
    O the joy of full salvation
Living in His perfect will,     His Spirit in me to instill
    O the joy of full salvation
Seeing gospel at its best,    From  chains of sin I rest
     O the joy of full  salvation
By faith  sin is set aside,     Free grace to now abide
    O the joy of full salvation
Evil will no more control,    Life now on Heavens roll
    O the joy of full salvation
Looking upward to entreat, My salvation is complete 
    O the joy of full salvation
To hear the  trumpet call,   Come hither one and all
    O the joy of full salvation

What is meant by " full salvation"  ?  Full salvation from original sin begins with justification, continues in sanctification and ends with glorification.

Justification- Is for the sinner, the one who is lost from God.  Those who have been saved have no need of it. Once we are saved, it is " just as we have never sinned". (Romans 3:24 ) (Titus 3:7 )

Sanctification- Is a deeper experience of holiness,  through God's  Holy Spirit. It is a process ,whereby we become more dead to sin while we become  more alive with God. (2 Cor 1:22 ) (1 Cor 1:2 ) (1 Thess 4:4 )

Glorification- Is the end result of a Christian life. (1 John 3:2 ) It is the glorification of the saints. It is the end of that golden chain of Divine grace.  (Romans 8:29-30 ) It is the point at which the doctrine of salvation and the doctrine of the last things overlap, for it looks beyond this life to the world to come (2 Timothy 2:10 )

So you see, this "full salvation" is in three stages. (1) JUSTIFICATION- When we are saved, we are freed from the penalty of all sins, for we are pronounced justified by God, and this is past tense from the moment of faith. (2) SANCTIFICATION- We are being freed from the power of indwelling sin,  as we become more holy and more dedicated to God's plan for our lives. (3) GLORIFICATION- Which is our freedom from the very presence of sin in us by our receiving of new bodies at the rapture.

Just keep in mind, there are not three separate  salvations. Only the three  phases of this " full salvation" that was bought on Calvarias cross. (John 19:30 )
