I hate losing things and get flustered when they show up precisely where they belong. Admittedly, I have wasted countless hours looking in all the wrong places. If I didn’t know better, I’d suspect inanimate objects conspire against me.
Humanity is prone to look for love in all the wrong places. In vain, we try to fill the void with surface relationships. How foolish to expect others to provide the unconditional love only the LORD can give.
“But you, dear friends, building yourselves up in your most holy faith and praying in the Holy Spirit, keep yourselves in the love of God, expecting the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ for eternal life (Jude 20-21 HCS).”
