It was from the start which we have heard,
As we saw with our eyes reading the Word;
We had gazed upon as our hands had held,
For the Word of Life be felt has excelled;
Life manifested as we see to bear witness,
Of eternal life from the Heavenly Holiness;
See and declare for joining in fellowship,
With the Father and Son in our relationship;
Unto you this poem is to testify as I write,
Fill you full of joy in the truth and light.
We owe it to the Lord and regularly read,
Words as God gave for our spiritual seed;
For it's a Living Word that renews our life,
Helping us through each day rid our strife;
The Words of Life will for certain amaze,
As your eyes open wide while they gaze;
For the Words of Life with us God shares,
Actually proves how much He really cares;
Your life on earth will get a fresh start,
For the Living Word will open your heart.
