There once upon a time, even a roach was spared
now, you better run for cover and hide
For what I see of today, is a spat, spat, spat
and love has gone on a long ride

Also mercy has gone and have shut it's door
and grace has gone to sleep
Kindness got a rope and got many by the throat
seems everything has began to seep

Forgiveness took a train, longsuffering took a hike
and pity is on the wings of war
Gentleness and goodness has formed a cruel pack
and meekness has been cast afar

Their dishes have now become cold and empty
they won't even heat up their meat
And say the stove is off, I can't do anymore
have no room to comfort or to seat

I would show you the way, but, I'd take up my day
my time I don't have no more
I am sorry my friend, but, this is the end
so excuse me, let me close my door

There is no more giving, This cake I did bake
get your own oven mine is full
My sympathy is spent, and I won't loan or rent
so your load you have to learn to pull

The mouth any longer, sing sweet, sweet, songs
it now roars just like a Lion
All of a sudden, the birds have flown the coups
and no more the songs of Zion

But over the seas over there, on hills everywhere
here am I, O' Lord send me
Over the fields and dales, even in the air
it matters not, O' Lord let it be

O' Lord anoint my ears, so I can hear
in whatever you have to say
Fill my mouth with words so I will know
in what to give on that day

Make the vision clear so that I can see
strengthen my arms so I can bear
Lord guide my feet while being on this journey
plus fill my heart with love and care

Use my hands to reach, rather high or deep
let your spirit have it's way
Lord here I am, but, only a little lamb
but help me, to do what you say

O' Lord graft in, of your hunting party
supply them, with a little more grace
So to claim the torn, the hurt and rejected
each of them back in their place

Now if this burden had been laid on my heart
and this heaviness had fell on me
For only you know, why each one had came
then it's ok' long as it came from thee

Isaiah 6;8 And I heard the voice of the Lord,
saying, whom shall I send, and who will go
for us ? then said I, here am I; send me
