The Christmas bells are ringing
They are belling out loud and proud
To proclaim the Xmas news to the world
Herald the birth of a Savior so true.

The Christmas sheep are leaping high
In a dancing graze with a jubilant sigh
They know the Christmas story all too well
Their feet can lead them only to the manger to tell.

The Christmas Star is radiantly beaming
Giving its solo performance in the sky
The real Christmas float of the season
It will point to the most exalted spot on earth.

The Christmas shepherds huddled on the hill side
All at once their cold is forgotten
The warmth of the Christmas angel dispel their fear
They hurry to the hay area to bow in solemn worship.

The Christmas wise men are traveling in earnest rush
They are all too eager to meet the king of this world
Their gifts to present in a heart like gesture
As deserving in return to heaven’s gift to mankind.

The Christmas sledge is all set to roll
The reindeer standing in attention to go
It will transport Santa who is not a myth
He is just emulating St. Nicholas’ ritual bit.

The Christmas tree stands in a natural poise
Its slender branches spread in a seasonal welcome
The decorations a message does send to others
To colour our own hearts in trimmings of love and joy.

The Christmas mistletoe is hanging high
It has just one duty to perform
To get hearts closer in a Christmas kiss
In a center piece display from above.

The Christmas wine is flowing over
Sweet sweet red wine the season taste
As we lift our hearts in praise like toast
Cheer the birthday boy on his special day.

The Christmas air is blowing through
In a fur like misty scene
To add to the snowy beauty of the season
Reach out in embraces to hug and feel good.

The Christmas Manger is shining bright
It is home to the Holy Family tonight
Christmas is incomplete without Emmanuel in it
For Christmas can have just one meaning
Jesus Christ born this day
The King of heaven and earth all the way
God is with us to have the final say.
