Encouragement

Here is a little encouragement to someone who is going through a rough patch. God has not forgotten you. He has a word for you:

“This is what the LORD says: I will fill this valley with pools of water. For this is what the LORD says: You will see neither wind nor rain, yet this valley will be filled with water, and you, your cattle and your other animals will drink. – 2 Kings 3:16-17 NIV

When things dry up, we must remain in commitment with God because He is faithful. He can never leave us nor forsake us.
We must have a strategy, plan and a procedure to get out of a dilemma.

Are you going through a rough patch? Remember, God will often put our victory on the other side of the wilderness and we must go through the wilderness to receive it.

The wilderness weeds out the saints from the aints. Wilderness will check out the imposters.

We must receive instruction and direction to know how to get through the wilderness. We must stay around people like Elisha. In 2 Kings 3:12, this is what Jehoshaphat said concerning Elisha, “The word of the LORD is with him.” We must associate with people who have the word of God if we are to experience victory in our lives.

God has already planned an escape route or a way out for us and if we need it, we must stay in praise; and God’s angels will encamp around us. Do not lose your song; do not lose your praise.

God is your deliverer, your way maker, your healer; and He inhabits your praises. Use what you have to dig the trenches that will catch the overflow of God’s blessings to you. He is faithful that promised!
