THE INVISIBLE WAR

There are but three Angels … With names that we know
But here is the angle … We have bestowed
Beautiful young ladies … With glorious wings
And chubby little babies … Of all things

But the word of our Lord … Has them described
As warriors of war … With duties prescribed
Michael and Gabriel … Are fighting for us
And this is no fable … In God we trust

And then there is Lucifer … The Angel of Light
Who wants us to suffer … In who is our fight
A powerful foe … Alone we can’t handle
In brilliance he glows … While we light candles

So we call on the Lord … To send in his Angels
And with mighty swords … The demons are mangled
All of this happens … Beyond we can see
But our suffering dampens … As our enemies flee

This struggle soon over … The end is well known
For we have been covered … And sitting on thrones
The snake in the pit … And out of our lives
No longer can spit … And mess with our minds
