-Is there some sense or way in which we have always existed?
-God always existed
-I cannot remember not existing or not having existed, even if only in the thoughts, affections and intentions of God.
-Of course, because you or I can't remember not existing doesn't mean we didn't not exist. Besides,. how does one remember not existing? There is no consciousness in non-existence in order to remember or not remember not existing.
-God is not limited by time, so it seems right to say that God has always, does always and will always think loving thoughts toward us through His Son.
-So God did not wait until we were each conceived to begin to think of us and be aware of us.
-Maybe that's some part of what the scripture means that says that God has placed eternity in our hearts.
-As though we have some memory of eternity, though vague and dim, still some memory or impression...if it were possible...of how God always carried us in spirit.
-Imagine God having always existed or imagine yourself living forever. Then imagine space that goes on and out endlessly, (like an infinite circle or an infinite sphere someone said, but that is a contrdiction in terms, because circles and spheres are by their very natures circumscribed) Imagine finally the two intersecting.
-What is the point of that intersection, and is there such a point?
-If there is, it may be a way of describing a context for heaven.
