Patiently Waiting

The rain drops hits my window pane and I sit back in fall into a daze.
What could it be that got me so deep in a daze to the point I can not see.
I hear the rain fall I hear the thunder roar but I still can’t see a thing going on.
My heart pours out I am crying out loud I can’t take it no more I got to get out
As soon as I said these few words I received a message from above.
Just wait patiently on me and you will see all the love that resides in me.
Just like a dove ascending into the sky I knew then I was touched by an angel
So I wipe my eyes.
No more tears of guilt, no more tears of sorrow, for now I know who holds my tomorrow.
