There once was a kitten
Who was very sad one day
So he decided he would go out
And on the ground he lay
Then suddenly a blue jay
So pretty and blue
Flew by and asked him
"What is wrong with you"?
The little gray kitten
Looked up at the sky
Then soberly said
"I want to fly".
It looks like it is fun
To soar so through the wind
And to be near the sun.
Well,sometimes it's fun
And sometimes it's not
For I'm here to tell you
I have fallen a lot.
So be glad your a kitten
you're nice as you are.
For you can run fast
And you can run far.
