Everybody around you is given a gift
Most don't realize, most don't care.
At age 14 most don't even notice or appreciate it,
But for me nothing could ever compare ..to her.

Even though I'm only fourteen,
I feel she's taught me everything there is to ever know.
She stood by me through so much, its incredible.
Comfort and love is all she shows.

No matter how many mistakes I make,
Or how much i may screw up during my life.
She still loved me and still kept my spirits high,
Even if it caused her some strife.

All I want to do is thank her with all my heart,
But words can't tell her how much I appreciate everything.
So here it goes.. Mom you are the greatest thing that has happened to me,
Without you I don't know where I'd be, but your the best thing God may bring.
