Where are You my Lord
Are You on the mountains so majestically hanging high
Are You in the valleys so deep beyond the shinning sky
Where are You my Lord
Are You walking the crystal sand where life's beeches flow
Are You hiding in the forest shadows beneath the suns ever glow
Where are You my Lord
Are You in the moon resting in the heavens light by night
Are You in the Sun giving the needed warmth so bright
Where are You my Lord
Are You in the star twinkles hanging so royally in space
Are You in the planets traveling precisely in their place
Where are You my Lord
Are You resting in Heavens beauty at the Fathers right hand
Are You visiting the darkest depths sorrowing for the banded
Where are You my Lord
Are You shinning in the newborn eyes so bright and so fair
Are You resting in the elders bosom just helping the despair
Where are You my Lord
Are You in our children as they grow in your image so sweet
Are You in our mentor loved ones as they show love so neat
Where are You my Lord
Are You in our hearts patiently showing the right from wrong
Are You in our souls waiting to place us where we belong
Where are You my Lord
Are You pleading for our faith to accept Your eternal grace
Are You entreating our hearts to welcome Your embrace
Where are You my Lord
Are You standing by to forgive our sins for which You did atone
Are You preparing to except us at Heavens glory land throne
Where are You my Lord

As a child, often times when I would do wrong, I would just sit still and close my eyes thinking Mom could not see me. How wrong I was. So, where is God? Well, He is everywhere all the time. As David the Psalmist reminds us, we can never hide from God. And we will either face him now or later. Would it not be much wiser to run to him now. After all, none of us are guaranteed a tomorrow.

"If I rise on the wings of the dawn, if I settle on the far side of the sea, even there your hand will guide me, your right hand will hold me fast. If I say, ‘Surely the darkness will hide me and the light become night around me,’ even the darkness will not be dark to you; the night will shine like the day, for darkness is as light to you. For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb” (Psalm 139:7-13).

Aren't you glad God chose to leave those hallow halls of glory, to come to this evil sinful world, to redeem us from the garden sin (Ezek 28:15)(Genesis 3:1-7). God could have chosen any time, to take on that human body and suffer for our sins. But He chose the right time (Galatians 4:4)

You see, this perfect timing was due to a universal peace, a universal language, and a universal desire.

If you are like myself, you know in your human finite mind, you just can't grasp the "GLORY OF GOD". Its all a matter of faith, faith to have His glory work in and through us. You see,

God is Omnipresence, He is everwhere at once (Psalm 139:7-12).

God is Omniscience, He is all knowing (Matthew 11:21).

God is Omnipotence, He has all power (Revelation 19:6).

So, from our very first sinners prayer (Ephesians 2:8-9) to our everyday Christian walk, (Romans 12:1-3),we must worship our God by faith (Hebrews 11:1).
