My belated poem from summer last,what did i learn that was new
today,found myself down SHANDON Street way,a young lady in the
shop i frequented,the Sun is not so hot today I just smiled,but
did not say;I prefer the shade to the Sun today,theSun is grand when there is a breeze on hand,can't complain on the main,a
pleasant summer it has been so far;the weather's fine thanking
GOD now its summertime,when Autumn comes the leaves will fall,the
summer's gone to some other call,then august comes in its own way
just one of the Twelve,with four week's stay,thank the GOOD LORD
its day,by day,can't repeat any old yesterdya's,sad to say.
