Encounter

Jesus, make my encounter real. I want a closeness with you, so I ask for patience to be still.

Lord, allow me to hear your voice; speak to my soul.

Here I am, Father; I relinquish all control.

My only hope lies in salvation You freely bestowed on me.

When You sent Your Son Jesus to die on that tree.

I know there's more, a closeness I long to feel.

So, my prayer Father, is that You make my encounter real.
