Over the ocean and beyond the sky, my eyes see
Roaming gated realms throughout eternity,

Floating high with new wings of splendor
Jaded memories no longer mine to remember,

Gazing at the King’s throne fortified in gold
Divine serenity forever mine to behold,

Trepidation and pain lingers in a lifetime past
A cocoon’s transformation at long last,

Restored innocence from long ago
By a parable—‘you reap what you sow,

Praying for you to one day see
God’s benevolent spirit over Thee,

‘Till next our hearts meet again
Beware of consequences ensuing habitual sin,

Tread in His blessed light forever abound
Inheriting new life by way of Jesus’ crown.
