God, help me to praise you.



My heart is heavy.

Help me to thank you.



My body is ill.

Help me to serve You.



I am overwhelmed.

Help me find my rest in you.



I feel I have been wronged.

Help me trust you.



Through the pain

Help me grow closer to you.



My heart harbors the poisons of

Rage, hatred, and bitterness.

Help me extend the same

Love, grace, and forgiveness

You daily give me.



My life has sadness.

Help me encourage your people.



I need the safety of Your name and

The comfort of your embrace.






Hide me, Jesus.

The tempter seeks to devour



But, the name of the Lord is a strong tower;

The righteous man runs to it and is safe.

For you have been my refuge,

A strong tower against the enemy.
