In the first part of this study, we talked about the supernatural life Adam lived before the fall. We further looked into the perfect work our LORD JESUS did for us, breaking the curse of sweat in the soil.
I pray that every curse of sweat still evident in your life is removed now in Jesus Name, Amen.
Today, we want to go further in that study.
And the LORD GOD planted a garden eastward in Eden; and there he put the man whom HE had formed.
GOD is a master designer, HE just doesn’t do things. All HIS acts are divinely orchestrated. When he planted the Garden of Eden, HE had a purpose for it and so every inch of this earth today has a plan and purpose for the glory of our FATHER.
That scripture above is a very important one in the life of every man. It is noteworthy from that scripture that GOD will always set the stage before He creates the man. He planted your garden before you were conceived at all; your portion of the earth was well mapped out even before you came. But the reality today is that many still have no idea of this revelation. Now that means such persons don’t have an idea as well where their Eden is, and in what direction their lives are meant to go.
You serve a beautiful GOD who has set the stage, ready for your glory. He even called your audience to enjoy your wonderful performance on your portion of the earth, your Eden; and finally he placed the spotlight on you. The show is on! Heaven and Earth are watching you. The great cloud of witnesses is watching your every performance. They all want to enjoy your show. But are they?

…and there he put the man
Where did he put you? Where is your own garden? Why are you at Lagos when Akure is where your garden is? Something has been telling you to leave that job and start that business, but you have been scared. There, in that business, is your Eden. My sister, that relationship isn’t Eden for you; it’s a titanic heading for the rocks.
I pray the LORD open your ears and eyes today and show you where your Eden is in Jesus Name. Amen
…the man
That was specific. ‘The man’, not ‘a man’. GOD has special plans, laid out for you even before you were born.
Listen to what HE said to Jeremiah:
Before I formed thee in the belly, I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations
I will not dwell much (because of time and space) on that scripture. I deliberately underlined a portion of the scripture. HE said to Jeremiah, I ordained thee A PROPHET. What did HE ordain you to be? Are you an ordained teacher, doctor, lawyer or footballer? You can only succeed in the place of your ordination. Why are you in the banking hall when HE ordained you a teacher?

...the man whom he had formed
Now this is where the problem lies for many. They know where their Eden is, they know their divine purpose. As a matter of fact, they are in their divinely designated environment and even in their God-ordained job, but they are not formed. Many Christians lack ‘home training’. We paid a little attention when GOD was trying to form us into shape. We went our own ways most of the time and came back crying only when we hit the rocks. We were our own teacher and master; GOD matters only a little when we are set to do something. Half-baked children. Obviously not GOD’s fault.
Listen to this verse of the scripture:
He shall come down like rain upon the mown grass: as showers that water the earth.
Are you a mown grass? Are you divinely cultured? You will only see THE RAIN on your Eden WHEN you are mown. Stop bothering heaven with your prayers. Get into class. Let the HOLY SPIRIT tutor you. Learn all your lessons. Finish all assignments. Complete all class work. No cheating. Love all your school mates and see the rain fall on your Eden like the showers that water the earth. GOD is ready to come down and visit you with HIS glorious presence and blessings, in your own Eden just like HE daily visited Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden. Get in shape. Make HIM come.
