arable to him". Gen 2:18

There are tremendous lessons in the first relationship ever created. God instituted it to solve a problem. The problem was that of loneliness literarily but it quite more than that. What does it mean to be alone? It means to see and do all by one self, no adviser, encourager, friend etc. All you can see is you and yourself. This was Adam situation and God said it is not good for Him to continue that way. Remember that this man that we are talking about is a spiritual man because his fellowship with God was intact but yet God said it is not good for him to be alone.

When God said He will give him a helper and notice that the helper will be comparable to him meaning like him not just in structural design but in capacity. Interestingly, they are different right from the onset, remember the mission statement that brought Adam was to take charge, one important reason for a man's ego and the statement that brought a woman to be a helper, an amportant reason why a woman is a creature of love. If you don't believe me, why did the Bible said husbands should love their wife? Eph 5:25 but in the case of the wives, Bible says submit to your husbands Eph 5:22. This is because naturally, women will love but a man will naturally be a hardworker with a sense of responsiblity to show his competence.
