A touch of Your shekinah glory pierced the clouds today.

Rays of sunshine glinting over yellow, dried grasses of the plain,

Underneath a sky of royal blue.

Singing to my eyes in different sparkling hues.

How could it be You would whisper Your love to me?

In this God forsaken lonely place.

I would lay down in worship flat upon my face

Instead I dance with You.

Eternity lit upon my form only for a few moments

Then You were gone.

I am left transfigured my soul has been renewed.

I see now everything is Yours

There are no God forsaken places

Loneliness an illusion used to fill the gap.
