Solely For God’s Purpose

If we want to continue to walk with integrity we must surely allow it to guide us. The righteousness of the perfect shall direct his way. They that deal truly and execute true judgment between men are his delight; God delights in us when we fall in obedience to His Word and walk in His Ways. If we understand God we will walk upright before Him. Better is the poor that walks in his integrity than he that is perverse in his lips and is a fool. Even a King will be a friend to us when we our hearts are pure and grace comes from our lips. It’s not God’s purpose for us to take bribes, lie, steal and cheat. We shall keep our eyes from seeing evil and our mouth from speaking evil for out of the heart the mouth will speak. We are to do that which is lawful and right and withdraw ourselves from iniquity. Luke 3:13-14 exact no more than that which is appointed you; do violence to no man neither accuse any falsely; and be content with your wages. Neglect the wrong thing to do altogether and entirely he that. Don’t exceed your ability. The wicked will not be unpunished; be mindful of what we do. Colossians 3:25 he that doeth wrong shall receive for the wrong which he hath done; and there is no respect of persons. How can we escape, if we neglect so great salvation? God never intended that man should perish. If one man sin against another, the judge shall judge him; but if a man sin against the Lord, who shall intreat for him?

We are solely for God’s use and purpose. God wants us to be intercessors praying one for another. He wants us to teach the good and right way that man should take. We are to plead with God one for another, continuing our loving kindness to them that know us and our righteousness to the upright in heart. God wants us to pray for peace in the world; Joel 3:17 let the priests, the ministers of the Lord, weep between the porch and the altar, and let them say, spare thy people, O Lord, and give not thine heritage to reproach. We are even to pray for those that hate us, despitefully use us and persecute us. What a task, but we can do it. Pray God lays not the sin to their charge. It is God’s desire that they be saved; we may be the one used to accomplish God’s purpose for their lives.

Solely for God’s use we are! God is concerned about us! The heart is deceitful above all things and desperately wicked, who can know it? God searches the heart and try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings Jeremiah 17:9-10. In Jesus day as it is now man still think evil in their hearts toward the people of God. Think it not strange some of the things we are hearing for what come out of the mouth proceeds out of the heart of man but we still cannot harden our hearts toward those evil men. Man today need restored unto them a healing that brings only what God can give and that’s the abundance of peace and truth. , Word is departing out of the mouth of man and cursing has taken the blessing place.

Deuteronomy 28:9 the Lord shall establish thee a holy people unto himself as He has sworn unto thee if thou shall keep the Commandments of the Lord thy God and walk in his ways. We have forgotten the benefits of the Lord, forgotten who healed us, who forgave our sins, redeemed our life from destruction, crowned our head with loving kindness and tender mercies, who satisfied our mouth with good things and who restores us and renew us with strength as the eagle. We have forgotten his Law and our heart forgot to keep His Commandments. We have forgotten to hearken unto the Lord and not only that we don’t show mercy is to them that love God and keep Commandments. We have forgotten to bring the Lord’s tithe into His storehouse. We take thought for our life and forget that our life is not ours but belongs to the Lord.

Man’s sole purpose for living is to give God praise, glory, and do His Word. Jesus said in Mark 12:30-31 and thou shall love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength; this is the first commandment and the second is like, namely this, thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these. We are to remember without ceasing our labor of love and work of faith. We must love one another for love is of God and everyone that loves is born of God and know Him. If we love him we will obey, if we obey we come to know the more of Him. We are capable of knowing God and returning his love.

Jesus fulfilled the Will of God. If we are to fulfill the will of God we must forsake and put away the same things Jesus denied in the earth. He came down from heaven not to do his own will but the will of Him that sent him. We are here solely for God’s use. It’s time to deny ourselves our own wants and desires, pick up our cross and follow Jesus. It is written that man shall not live by bread alone but by every word that proceed out of the mouth of God. Whatever it is that we want man to do unto us we also must do unto others. Don’t transgress against God; seek for the honor that comes only from God!
