It's good the Bible has prophetically opened to us all that is now occurring in this world today. At the least we know that God is not caught of guard.
It is also good that we know there is an end to all of our troubles, sooner or later; however, the end is in no way feared, but rather looked toward with gladness, by those who are looking to Jesus with faith in their hearts.
Let no one imagine that we who trust the Lord are a cowardly group looking for an escape, and are those who do not look forward to the conquest and the victory of these present opportunities. We're excited as we see mass Revival and Salvation beginning to sweep the Earth.
Now as never before, in our life time, people are beginning to consider that things are after all only temporary. The news media is proliferated with confirmation of that fact.
After temporary is over, what comes next?
Many of life's major questions are becoming increasingly difficult to dismiss: "Why am I here?" "What is this life about anyway?" "Is this all there is?"
The Bible answers those questions.
*You are here because God chose to make a "you", and He made you exactly like He wants you to be, and loves what He has made. Matthew 10:30
*This is what life is all about: it is to live here, to love and serve God and your fellow human beings, and to keep justice in the Earth, and that you may KNOW Christ and the power of His Resurrection.
Micah 6: 8 and Duet. 10:12 and Philippians 3: 10
*No. This is not all there is. Jesus told us in the Bible's texts that we never die, we live forever in one or the other places that He called Heaven or Hell.
Matthew 10:28
He made it crystal clear that He wants no human being to go to Hell and that He came to Earth to identify with us, He lived, died, and resurrected for us to have a Path into Heaven. Revelation 20: 13&14; Revelation 1: 18
You, or I, have only one thing to do to be the recipient of His Gift of Eternal Life for the present, and then to live in Heaven with Him forever, and that is to tell Him you want Him to save you from your sin and from Hell, and then with your mouth invite Him to come into your heart and life. It is just that simple.
John 3:16
When we are busy and things are going as we have planned, these kinds of questions are covered by us from our immediate thoughts; but when we feel that we have lost control, and we are feeling hopeless and fearful, then is when questions of this type come to the surface and require answers. God has provided us with answers. John 5:39
So if you feel your plane is going down, look up and call out to Jesus. You will find hope and peace and know that you are safe now and for the time called "eternity."
It is after all why we were made. God made us to live with Him, now and forever. John 14: 1-3
God wants us to love Him, to return to Him thankfulness from our hearts for the wonderful provisions He has, does, and will provide. He says that He delights to provide everything that is good to us. Love is like that. He loves us.
Jeremiah 31:3
What does it mean to ask Jesus into your heart? Consider what your heart does and is to your life. It is your engine, your pump that circulates your blood taking oxygen and nutrients to every cell of your body, and then returning contaminants back for disposal, or renewal for continued use. Your heart is the life sustainer of your body.
We invite Jesus to come into our hearts to provide real and everlasting life to our entire being, the physical and the spiritual, the mental and the emotional. His Presence keeps us healthy and clean. We invite Him to come in, and He does! Revelation 3:20
He promises that He will accept our invitation to Him. John 6:37
"Into my heart,
into my heart,
come into my heart
Lord Jesus."
"Come in today,
come in to stay,
come into my heart
Lord Jesus." (1)
