It seems that there is a huge amount of delusional followings by believers as mentioned in this scripture. Churches are compromising the Word of God to satisfy the world, which is of the flesh and opposite of God. It seems that these churches, the leaders and congregations, are to the point of honestly believing these things not of God. I myself have been told that fellowship is most important in a Bible study, that family must come first and foremost, that a little sin is okay because no one is perfect, that its just fine to slip off the path because God expects it of us, that repenting is just asking forgiveness and we don't have to repent to receive the Holy Spirit, that a glass of wine or a few beers are just fine and won't send you to hell, and God doesn't care about our language as long as we as forgiveness for it every day.

I have totally disagreed with these compromises and have been ridiculed for it, even to the point of being called wicked, evil, not of God, false prophet and even treated as a stranger. Well, I am here to say this: I don't care what you do to me or say about me, I will stand by the WHOLE AND COMPLETE WORD OF GOD, and I will never compromise it.

"5 Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things?
6 And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time.
7 For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.
8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:
9 Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,
10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved." -2 Thessalonians 2:5-10

When compromise is made to God's Word continually and willingly, He will step away from your life and allow you to believe the compromise is true. Please make sure you are following the WHOLE AND COMPLETE WORD OF GOD without compromise!! It could bring delusion sent by God Himself and that could determine your eternal fate.

"11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness."
-2 Thessalonians 2:11-12
