My Child! My Child!
My love for you is so strong.
My trust in you has grown.
Why do you not take heed to my instruction?

I set aside a divine time and purpose just for you.
I called my greatest anointing to fall and rest on you.
But, you turn your face from me.

My will shall be done, regardless.
I could have chosen your faithful mother or your praying father.
I could have chosen your singing sister or your praizing brother.
But, I called upon you even while you were in the deepest part of your sins.

I looked past your faults and professed to my Father, you are righteous.
I closed my ears to your complaining and named you holy.
I erased my memory of your lust for sin and presented you blessed.
I reversed the enemy’s plan for your life and made it prosperous.

So turn from your evil ways and take my hand of mercy.
Walk the path I have for you and walk into your prosperity.
Listen to my voice and receive life more abundantly.
Cling to my words and watch protection from danger cover you.

See, I know what you can do and I’ll help you do it.
My grace is sufficient and my mercy is everlasting.
Remember my will shall be done, regardless but I choose you.
