When life takes unexpected turns, and when nothing works out as you planned, it gets harder to trust and even more trialing as you wait for all the pieces in the puzzle to stick together. It is best to take a minute and look back and think about how God shaped your life in the past and how little you had to do with it. It is true, when you have given your life in His hands; He takes all the leaps for you in His perfect time!


I have several reasons to be sorrowful,
But I have more reasons to be thankful;
My world is filled with dreams,
Most of them won’t see the light of day.
It dawns on me when I look back,
My realities have turned better than my dreams.
It’s time I know I have no control
But, I have a role
I have to play it.
My reason for this existence is not mapped out for me to see,
When I look beyond, I have hope,
I am engraved on the palm of His hands
He has the map, He leads, and my mind simply cannot.
I will follow the map with Him
And I am certain; He will not fail me because He never has!
