Circles Dark and Light

We all know that dark circles under the eyes is not a good sign. It shows that someone is struggling with something or things to such a degree that it begins to affect sleep, and is compounded by the further worry that the sleep is being lost, thus building upon itself.  The circles morph into bags.  Bags of what?  Bags of emptiness.   But what of light circles under the eyes? Simply a sign of the constant wearing or over-wearing of sunglasses outdoors on sunny days, you may say. But it’s more and other than that. It’s a sign of a generation of people rising up so free of worry and care, so content, so relaxed and so much at peace and at ease with themselves that they sleep deep like the best-behaved of babies and, yet, they’re not big babies. These light circles under the eyes, they are a sign of prosperity in our midst, prosperity in the deepest most complete shalom-sense of the word. These light circles under the eyes of the vessels of light, I wasn't intending to say this but, I think they have something to do with Jerusalem.
