Genesis 1 1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth...purposeful

2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters...continual working to achieve a purpose

3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.

4 And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.

5 And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.

6 And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters.

7 And God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament: and it was so.

8 And God called the firmament Heaven. And the evening and the morning were the second day.

9 And God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear: and it was so.

10 And God called the dry land Earth; and the gathering together of the waters called He Seas: and God saw that it was good.

That by two immutable things, in which it was impossible for God to lie, we might have a strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set before us:..Hebrews 6:18

Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be...Romans 8:7

God created this world on set standards the Bible says He never changes And His standards are His word, commandments and statutes

This article stems from the issues that surround us in our world today; the insistence and persistence of sin and iniquity before God being accepted as the norm in societies across the Globe and even in the church.

The church of our day, in comparison to the time of the disciples of our Lord Jesus Christ, is VERY lukewarm and compromising in many standards and respects.

The church should be the 'light of the world', pacesetter and example for daily living rather the opposite (unfortunately)seems to be the case in many situations.

The church is stylishly accepting the world and its extreme sinful acts and blasphemous deeds that are totally contrary to God's command, rebranding iniquity just so to NOT lose 'SHEEP'or reduce congregational numbers....thereby chasing shadows, retaining quantity and losing focus of QUALITY!

There is no MODERNISING God, He is the same today from yesterday and shall forever remain the same.

His principles and set standards can be enjoyed into eternity or sorrowed eternally in hell fire, depending on which way man takes and pursues Accepting Him and regarding His words and His ways is to live fulfilled lives Sowing and reaping What man sows, he shall reap when we sow obedience, goodness and goodwill we shall reap God's abundance in every sphere of life

The wise person fears God and obeys His commands, the fool does the opposite.

Man who perseveres only in his intellect and power to achieve, eventually fails.

The Genetic manipulation of anything at any level cannot plant an orange seed for instance and reap a Mango fruit;of course it is another story entirely to crossbreed the two, which will definitely result in a fruit with the characteristics of both!

The preacher in Ecclesiastes enjoins his readers to love God and obey His commands above all things to make a detour from sinful disobedience wherefore displaying Godly sorrow which is needed and sincere humility which should not be premeditated like in  sorrow-seeking, thus bringing about thorough cleansing and pure, divine forgiveness.

Jeremiah 17:10 10 I the LORD search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings.

Starving yourself off of sin and forsaking iniquity brings back the original relationship and blessings that God purposed between man and Him , in the beginning when He set His Unchanging Standards.
