To be a Christian
What are the requirements to be a Christian?
Are you a Christian because you go to church?
Are you a christian,because you sing Christian music?
Are you a Christian because you grew up in church?

I want to give my knowledge,In which I've been taught by the Holy Spirit,What does it mean to be a Christian..

I truly believe that being a Christian is being, Christ like. Of course that would seem to be common knowledge, because of the word.I've encountered many that have said they are Christians, but their actions have shown to be worldly.

(1.) To be a Christian: You must conform yourself,not to the world, but into the likeness of Christ.
(2.)You must truly believe, there is nothing you can do apart from Christ.
(3.)You Must Believe That Jesus is Lord!
(4.) You must believe that Jesus is the only way to heaven; No one can go to the father in heaven except through Jesus christ and no one can come to know, who Jesus is, except by being drawn by the Holy Spirit.
(5.)You must walk by faith and not by sight,That is; faith through Jesus Christ.
(6.) You must read and study Gods word daily,being sensitive to listen to the holy spirit and not interpreting one word of God; in your own wisdom, power, or might. You must truly seek his interpretation by the power of the Holy Spirit.
(7.)You must give yourself in complete surender Body, soul, and mind;willing to let the holy spirit change the way you think until you have completely put off your old mind, and put on the mind of Christ.
(8.) You must love every person in the same way that Christ has loved you; showing mercy,forgiveness,much compassion, and never give an eye for an eye,and walk in this kind of love at all times.
(9.)To be a christian takes,not your own strength, not your own ideas,not your power or might, but the ability to accept, believe and recieve all that which Christ has already done for you. Accept, believe and recieve, the gift of the Holy spirit by faith in Christ,in which he himself baptizes you with.
Accept believe and recieve the power from on high which God enables you to over come all the powers of the enemy with by doing everything by walking,in this spirit, and not your own flesh.
(10.)To be a christian is an ongoing, everyday process, by which, you don't just read Gods word but you do his word and everything that you do, no matter how great or small of a task it is you do it in Christ. You live the principles ,and precepts of the word of God.
