Proclamation of Amnesty and Pardon to
All Persons Predominantly of European Descent


Whereas, Europeans nearly exterminated and kept most of my ancestors in bondage for nearly four centuries,

Whereas, Europeans ignored basic human rights expressed in the Declaration of Independence and the United States Constitution,

Whereas, treaties, the Emancipation Proclamation, the 13th and 14th Amendments meant little more than empty words,

Therefore, Americans of European ancestry are guilty of horrendous crimes against my ancestors and their progeny.

But, in the recognition of my own and other persons of European ancestry who have been victims of enslavement and gratuitous insults do I lay these accusations before the feet of the guilty,

I, Stephen A. Peterson, do declare full and general amnesty and pardon to all persons of European ancestry, for both their own grievances, and those of their forebears, against my peoples.


Therefore, from this day forward persons innocent of racial discrimination and racism who of American European ancestry can stand tall and straight and be proud knowing they are without guilt and thus obligated NOT to act like ignorant, submissive fools in their relationships with Americans of Indigenous and African ancestries.
