GODLY APPROVAL

Have you ever seen someone neatly dressed when walking around the mall? It sounds so appealing and you would watch them with kin interest. Some individuals even have the audacity to approach that person and tell them “You are dressed smart and I like it”. Those words are soothing when you realise that someone appreciates and acknowledges your attempt for dressing good and you feel over the moon.

Do you know that God is talking to you every day and every minute that; you are beautiful, I love you, and you are a very intelligent person. We need godly approval before man’s approval. Man can deceive you and not approve you sometime but God is always approving you. God’s approval for you is right in His Word. God is saying you are strong, you have what it takes to accomplish you assignment. These positive assertions should be your daily tune and you should personalize them for you. You will see how you will have a contagious smile every day because you are having approval every day. God’s approval is pure and without strings attached while man’s approval has to be scrutinized.

No matter how short you may be, no matter the colour of your hair, God has approved you and you just have to adopt the standards of the Lord. When God’s Word is your measuring bar then you are not bound by the standards of this world. The standards of this world are external and God’s standards are intrinsic. Let God recognise you more than this world is doing. When you seek God’s approval, you are sure that you will fit man’s approval. God is good and His approval is sure because He never lets anyone down. May the Lord bless you as you seek His approval.
