Faith

In Mark 2v1-12 Jesus was conducting a service in a house and the venue was so jam packed that there was no room for as much as a feet at the door and on the windows. The crowd was as result of His being noised around town. People responded to what they have heard about Him by coming to that meeting. Now came these four young men with their problem (a paralytic friend) having heard what this Man could do and have done. But every entry was blocked which was an excuse for why they should have turned back but they were fed up of carrying this problem around. They made up their minds to make this their last bus stop for a turn around. So they decided to go in through the roof. Listen to me, they didn't plan to remove the roof when they were leaving their house but a no going back spirit had taken them up. So they had to start running around to get all the tools to get the job done and they did.

As they lowered their friend in front of Jesus, He stops preaching because their faith became visible by the step they took. You can't go in through the roof and not command the attention of the Most High. Jesus stopped to attend to them because scripture says Jesus saw their faith and they went home with their heart desire. You can enjoy this same benefit now because He hasn't changed and wouldn't either. I am sure you know they had to cover the property they had earlier uncovered. I tell you, doing that is nothing compared to the breakthrough they had gotten. We are too used to free things. You are given to give so if you will not give it then you don't deserve to have it.
