In seat of trials and tribulations you think, where is God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit? Your thoughts seem to ramble on and on and you find it hard to quite your mind. I can tell you from my experience that God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit are always with us, come what may. During times of struggle and doubt, God is for you, yes He is. The bible teaches, “God loves us always.” With all the swirling thoughts racing in our minds if we will make it through this season of trials is the essence of what I expressing this day.

Our spiritual heart can lead you into a dark place, if you let it. Your Spirit should be in control of every actionable event. For example, you walk into a supermarket and stroll down the candy aisle, eying candy in an open container. Right then an impulse overwhelms you to open the container to pick one or two pieces of candy. Is that impulse generated by the mind or your desire? For me, it is desire centered in my heart. Therefore, now I know when walking down the candy aisle, a desire to pick candy from a container is part of my being. Therefore, I need to control my desire (lust) for such things by being in a state of “Protected Heart.”

This state of Protected Heart is a posture of working through a sanctification process of life, done over the course of your lifetime. I’m going through a sanctification process right now. When I start thinking about my trials, I start praying to Jesus of how grateful I am of the things in my life. Eliminating negative energy about my situation, putting me in a posture of humble thankfulness for blessings I have today. This is how one enters a Protected Heart state.
