Prayers
"The Garden of Gethsemane was a place that saw frequent visits of Jesus with His disciples often to pray (John 18:2). It was at this same place St. Matthew tells us that for three times in one night Jesus prayed on one prayer point: ...If it be possible let this cup (of suffering) pass from me: nevertheless not as I will...Mat 26:39-45.
St. Luke gives us even more detail to the effect that Jesus the Son of Man prayed earnestly that night so much that 'his sweat was as it were great drops of blood falling down to the ground' yet his will was not granted.
Lesson: Prayer can change everything but one - THE WILL OF GOD, it will always prevail over ours".
