Besides the story of Adam and Eve, the following passages of Scripture teach traditional marriage. Since there are so many I am not going to quote them. Please read them for yourself. When reading them, understanding or interpreting them properly is not the intent here. The point is that each one of these passages ASSUMES the context of traditional marriage. Read them carefully, for you will find in each one some reference to husband or wife, or both.
