Remember when we were kids and we eagerly got up on Christmas morning to unwrap our Christmas presents?

Well, does God not give us special presents every day?

Have you ever watched a sunrise or sunset?

That is a present from God.

Do you have food in your belly and clothes on your back?

Are they not gifts from God?

Why not make a list throughout your day of even the simplest good things that have happened throughout your day?

Say thank you to God when they happen and then thank Him before bed.

This will give you not only happiness but peace. You will find your life much more meaningful, joyous and peaceful.

If you are envious of other people because they have what you do not then you will become jealous.

Jealousy leads to resentment.

Resentment leads to anger.

This leads to many health problems like heart disease, ulcers, insomnia and many others.

I find the simplest things to say thank you to God for and am much healthier, happier and fulfilled than so many others my age that look twenty years older than they are.

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Chanan (God is gracious) for all the wonderful blessing You so abundantly graciously give me every day.I give thanks in the name of Your greatest gift Jesus Christ. Amen.
