Blessed in the morning as the Bright Morning Star shines on me
Blessed at noontime as the Sun of righteousness rises on me
Blessed all through the day
Blessed beyond every curse
Blessed in my mortal body
Blessed in my mindset
Blessed, blessed, blessed.

I am blessed
For reasons too great to share
The One adorned in splendor has chosen me
The One robed in majesty has called me
The sea of forgetfulness has buried my sins
The old has been swopped for the new
And I have swift access to the throne room of God
Truly I am blessed, blessed, blessed.

I am blessed
Whether you like it or not
Whether you think it or not
For strength from on high rests on me
Wings of an eagle have been given to me
The teacher of teachers instructs and counsels me
My Friend and Keeper is just a prayer away
And a shekinah light envelopes me
Making me blessed, blessed, blessed.
