" It's Autumn "

God has picked up His paint brush
And with an artistic flare
He's slowly painting each leaf, no rush
Yes. . . A season of beauty is here

Listen, as the winds gently stir
Leaves fly, swirling through the air
Birds flying south, pass quickly in a blur
All signs . . . That Autumn is here

Thanksgiving will be along, we know
As we prepare, for that celebration feast
Giving thanks to the God, we love so
For blessings, from largest to the least

It is a time of anticipation . . .
Of holidays, new beginnings and more
That we share in happiness and elation
For what we have . . .In store

So, enjoy this blatantly colorful season
Take walks, breathe in the crisp air
While walking along, maybe. . . Talk to Jesus
In appreciation, for ALL we have here
