Husbands be sure to love your wives,
Live as able to share your lives;
While wives remain under His rule,
Remembering never be cruel.

Children must obey their parents,
Never giving interference,
Always show honor and respect,
And what they say never reject.

This is pleasing unto the Lord,
Family members not ignored;
You might discourage if resent,
And you argue try to torment.

Provoke not one to another,
Live in accord with each other;
Remembering how it should be,
Exactly as God wants to see.

Be sincere in all of your motives,
Out of respect how each one lives;
Always doing you know is right,
So that you remain in the light.

Give each one what is just and fair,
Always remember that you share;
The blessings given by the Lord,
For being within one accord.

Remember each other each day,
For every time that you pray;
And especially then at night,
To be refreshed by morning light.
