Is what I have to do in this situation
Is letting go and letting you oh Lord function
Is not being in control and figuring it out
Is not listening to the lies & discouragement from the devils mouth

Is speaking good in that bad circumstance
Is seeing a future that is bright,not gloomy and sad
Is putting aside your feelings and giving them to God
Is believing and standing on His holy word

Is not an easy thing to do as you let go
Is like jumping off a cliff with no harness to hold
Is placing your expectations on non-other than Jesus Christ your Lord
Is believing the very best, that God answers prayer and his love for you is forever more

Is forgetting the past and looking towards the future
Is not mourning your loss but knowing He will restore it
Is changing your outlook and holding your head up high
Is having peace and joy because the Trinity provides

Is the very essence of this relationship with the Lord
Is forgetting the hurts and disappointments and knowing Jehovah Roi sees it all
Is like a beautiful flower that needs to be watered to grow
And will only grow with each small step of faith you take depending solely on God

Is knowing God fights your battles so you can stay positive through it all
Is knowing God can make beauty out of ashes no matter how awful
Is knowing God loves you and is working things out for your good
Is knowing the great Shepherds rod and staff comforts and protects you and the Holy Spirit is yours
