Proverbs 23:19 "My child, listen and be wise: Keep your heart on the right course."
There is a specific course for everyone. In sports, football players to a football course, golfer to a golf course, soccer player to a soccer course. When they are in there course, its like home for them. When they leave, there course is still on there mind. If they were to neglect coming, they would not be the same.
And so its the same with our lives. We all belong in God's course, however we don't need to have any specific skill or attribute with God. He accepts all and he desires all not only to join his course but also for them to remain in his course.
You may be someone who doesn't know exactly where your are in life. You're seeking different courses and trying many things, but its getting frustrating and confusing. You may feel lost, but haven't we all? If you are, do not worry for God allows U-turns. God isn't just a coach but a father & a friend.
"keep your heart on the right course," God says. Why? Well, because he cares for us and he knows what would happen to us if we were to step out from where we belong: in his presence. Christ is the right course. We are not made more right when we are in the wrong course. So that is why Christ says, "stay on the right course," for only then we can be made right. That is the wisest decision you can ever make: choosing and remaining with Christ, the right course.
