When I go walking, often I have thoughts as God deals with me on various issues. He lets me know where I need to improve and shows me ways I can become the vessel He wants me to be. Today, when I went for a walk, God revealed to me that I should buy a "ticket of worries" and use it take a trip. On this trip, God told me that I need to be sure that I buy the ticket for a flight on His plane ( God's Airline ); and when I board the plane and I give my ticket for a pass, I need to be sure I have the right ticket and that should be my "ticket of worries" and the right airline ( God’s Airline ). He also informed me that I am not to carry any of the worries I tend to pet with me on this trip. He said I won't need them where I am going, and they are too heavy to carry. He said He will tell me when we arrive, and all I have to do is REST in HIM and keep my peace. He said He will be my pilot and that He knows the plane and instruments well. He said that I should remain care-free because I cannot fly the plane but that I can be His passenger. Also, He said that I will arrive safely if I will simply trust Him for He knows the airways and He made the universe in which He plans to fly the plane. He also informed me that He created the place which is my destination. How reassuring for me to realize that God is the pilot of my life, and He simply ask that I follow and rest in His perfect care of me and my life. I could not ask for more because God is all I need to take this flight we call life.© All rights reserved Juanita Pittman-Brown
