Listen to the prostitute preach about Jesus.
Watch the jobless graduate talk about
How he will be an employer of labour.
Hear the bed-ridden woman
Declare she has the gift of healing.
Shame reminds her of what people still call her,
Fear makes a mockery of their dreams,
Giving him enough reasons the business will fail.
Presenting the symptoms as proof that death is imminent.
See her rescue other women,
From a lifestyle of selling their body for money.
Watch his business weather the storm,
Being the answer to the prayers of numerous job seekers.
Hear how she was miraculously healed
And prayed for other patients,
Whose healing defy all medical explanation.
This is the power of the cross,
Watch the chains fall away,
Feel the guilt washed away,
Hear the fear fade away.
