Prayers

Prayer cannot be pleasing unto God if it is brought up by corporeal beings. Prayer is Godliness and Righteousness. No form of prayer, in content or in context, can influence the Mind of God. Not even The Lord's Prayer!


The only Prayer acceptable to God is a Godly Prayer, by God, from God, and with God. That is the complete and total essence and purpose of Prayer. We, as True Christians, have the only Rightful Prayer acceptable to God. Not many have access to it and many more seek it like the Gentiles do.


Of course it is better to say less and mean more, to pray in secret, from the depth of our hearts, and not parade in public our prayerful characters, and boast in the ceremonies about our audible prayers and hymns.


When we pray, as mortals do, aren't we truly seeking a favor, a blessing, a petition, God's Grace? We are praying to get something as if in return for our prayers. Be it in whatever degree or quality, the purpose of our prayers as mortals, is the object of our prayer. This object can be corporeal or spiritual. Regardless, of the purity of our intent, and the loftiness of our request, this is not Prayer but rather something in the likeness of hostage negotiation or a purchase order.


We cannot enter Prayer with our carnal minds. For to be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. (Romans 8:6 NKJV)


Pray in the Spirit in every situation. Use every kind of prayer and request there is. For the same reason be alert. Use every kind of effort and make every kind of request for all of God’s people. (Ephesians 6:18 GWT)


As we can see in the above verse, Prayer in the Spirit is the right condition of exercising our prayers and supplications, in any forms we may be able to communicate. So first we come into the Spirit, being fully immersed in the Baptismal Power of Spirit and Fire, and engage ourselves in secret with purity and sincerity, seeking to be pleasing unto God, as if the Prayer is bringing us Unto God, and not God unto us.


For if we are in the Spirit, then the Spirit is Praying and is being brought into union with God. There is No God but God! "Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. (Deuteronomy 6:4 ESV) - This is the foundation of all Truth, Right, Life and Spirit! To have our prayer set the Holy Ground for God's Oneness and His Kingdom Come, appearing into our lives in Light and Truth, visibly or invisibly touched and experienced, is what Prayers are made for.


One God, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, brought together in Prayer. Amazing! If not, then we are blasphemers and idolaters. We remain dead in sin, and have no life in us. God is pleased with Truth and Life, not in falsehood and in empty, selfish and repetitive jargons. He wants us to be on Fire, glorifying Him eternally and He will take care of all of our needs, which is something that prayers are not supposed be dwelling upon. This act will put everything into a Right Perspective, using the tools God gives us, for their intended use.


For to set the mind on the flesh is death, but to set the mind on the Spirit is life and peace. For the mind that is set on the flesh is hostile to God, for it does not submit to God's law; indeed, it cannot. Those who are in the flesh cannot please God. (Romans 8:6-8 ESV)


It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh is no help at all. The words that I have spoken to you are spirit and life. (John 6:63 ESV)


The Spirit gives Life to our Prayers. We become a Living Spirit praying unto God, with His Spirit that dwells in us. Anything less than that is Not of Christ, but of Zeus and of Satan!
