Faith

I love You,
For clearing paths I cannot see,
ever gently calming me,
My Rose among the thorns.

You carry me when I am worn.
Hold me close when I am torn.
Fill my heart with Love and Light.
Help me know its all alright,
and I love you.

I couldn’t make it on my own,
So many miles away from home.
Some days lost, and some days found,
for sure the only solid ground,
is You.

When I look at all You Are,
Creator, Father, Morning Star.
Ever soothing from afar,
and sometimes closer than a breath.
The Lamb of God we put to death.
I love You Lord for loving me,
this journey such a mystery.

Thank you for such Precious Grace.
The Sanctuary of Your Embrace.
When I am feeling ere so small,
the Hope, the Wonder of it all,
I love You.
