Father, I need you to father me
I long to feel your embrace
To rest in your arms of safety
Come and meet me face to face
Faithful in every step – you carry me
Relentless grace – you pursue me
Kindness without measure – you capture me
Love unending – you woo me
Father you are wonderful
Everything you are, is my promise
I rest my head upon your chest
Everything you are, is my life
I rejoice knowing I am your child
Mighty King, you are
My refuge, you are
Everlasting, you are
My protector, you are
Father you are wonderful
Father, continue to father me
I love to feel your embrace
