A WIFE’S LOVE
Love and honor your husband
A sharp tongue you can band
With your open arms let him in
Encourage him is how to begin.
God expects you to honor and obey
God made us to love in this way
Don’t nag him or boss him around
In this way the marriage stays sound.
He needs to know of your respect
His advances accept do not object
God has a plan, husband and wife
Husbands are important to your life.
When you marry you become one
Until death, not before you’re done
Listen to God’s holy plan for you
Wait on God, he’ll tell you what to do.
It’s time wives pray and reflect
Pray for the husband you select
Envy the wife who loves this way
God will bless your marriage today.
